Professor Fetzer’s summary of today’s show: The US has protested (what it claims to be) Russian interference with an American drone over the Black Sea, which appears to have been spying on Russian military efforts in Ukraine and sending data to use against them. The drone went down and it now appears the Russians are going to attempt to recover the debris for study and analysis.
