Nobody should consider corporate media’s “reporting” other than proven propaganda criminally-complicit to annually and ongoingly kill millions and loot trillions. The evidence is overwhelming, objective, independently-verifiable. These crimes are Emperor’s New Clothes OBVIOUS for anyone caring to look. That said, here’s further crime du jour:

Corporate media’s latest bullshit LIES are that California Governor Newsom “ordered” 19 counties’ further economic strangulation of businesses, with the source of their factual claims linking to Newsom’s Twitter page. For examples, see here, here, here, and the Bay Area’s largest corporate paper (SFGATE) here. 

Let me walk you through this expression of political and media “leadership”: first go to the State of California’s Governor page with its first link to COVID-19 UPDATES. You’ll then see these lies:

California closes bars, some beach parking, and indoor businesses in counties on Monitoring List

Effective immediately, certain counties must close all bars, some beach parking, and indoor business operations due to the risk of infection. This applies to counties that have been on the County Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days. These closures will remain in place for at least 3 weeks. Please note there is no law stated, no authority documented as Governor empowered as the state’s chief law enforcement officer, but only unsubstantiated dictates (as in dictatorship to “order” whatever, whenever to peons).

The truth is that the California Department of Public Health issued another GUIDANCE paper of their PROPOSED actions. This information is obfuscated: their home page directs to “Coronavirus Disease 2019”, then you have to go to “Guidance Documents” in the left column, and finally receive the July 1 paper of their guidance and proposals.

Further “guidance” specifically states that California businesses, retail stores, churches, and fitness facilities “… may not exclude any member of the public for not wearing a face covering if that person is complying with the guidance. Businesses will need to develop policies for handling these exemptions among customers, clients, visitors, and workers."

Corporate media and Governor Newsom are not making “careless errors” by “confusing” order with guidance. This is intentional. Corporate media and Governor Newsom are also not confused that the Governor’s job is law enforcement, not setting policy. This is more intentional lies for dictatorial control. 

Lying is what corporate media and political “leadership” do, along with ridiculous obfuscation encouraging the public to surrender their understanding to corporate media’s chosen “experts.” Consider my published research as a professional historian to document .01% lying to sell illegal Wars of Aggression and bankster looting of tens of trillions. 

You are already aware that corporate media pushes war and money “experts” on you to support tens of millions of war-murders along with unpayable and accelerating total debt. The OBVIOUS response of any person with at least a high school education is to reject proven liars’ testimonies about anything, and hold them accountable through arrests for damages of previous and ongoing OBVIOUS lies.

To provide appropriate historical context, the most accurate label of the US government is rogue state empire. The US is arguably worse in corruption, psychopathy, and causing misery than tragic-comic Roman Emperors. 

Governors have zero legal authority for non-emergency ‘orders’

As I reported earlier, please be briefed on a few legal definitions to prove Governor Newsom’s illegal and criminal actions:

The Governor is hereby empowered to proclaim a state of emergency in an area affected or likely to be affected thereby when:

(a) He finds that circumstances described in subdivision (b) of Section 8558 exist;  and either

(b) He is requested to do so (1) in the case of a city by the mayor or chief executive, (2) in the case of a county by the chairman of the board of supervisors or the county administrative officer;  or

(c) He finds that local authority is inadequate to cope with the emergency.

“State of emergency” means the duly proclaimed existence of conditions of disaster or of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property within the state caused by conditions such as … epidemic, … which, by reason of their magnitude, are or are likely to be beyond the control of the services, personnel, equipment, and facilities of any single county, city and county, or city and require the combined forces of a mutual aid region or regions to combat …  ~ California Code 8558 (b)

GUIDANCE FOR THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS: This document updates existing CDPH guidance for the use of cloth face coverings by the general public when outside the home. It mandates that face coverings be worn state-wide in the circumstances and with the exceptions outlined below. ~ CA Dept. of Public Health, June 18, 2020 (emphasis added)

mandate: Mandātum is a neuter noun use of the past participle mandātus, from mandāre “to hand over, deliver, consign, entrust, delegate.” … Mandāre therefore means “to put in the hands (of).” 

dictatorial government: policy by what is said when it is said independent of Rights or law.

Summary of criminal Covid lies:

Corporate media also reported that California Governor Newsom somehow “ordered” people to wear masks. Consider headlines and language from CNN, Los Angeles Times, Yahoo, NPR, CNBC, SFGATE, ABC, CBS, and USA Today. Apparently, this is a coordinated push among Democratic leaders.

Governor Newsom did not issue an Executive Order. See for yourself. The California Department of Public Health issued guidance on June 18, 2020 without penalty of law for declining their suggestions/requests.

Counties have issued health orders (like here), but only authorized by an active health emergency. The declared emergency was potentially over-run hospitals, so to “flatten the curve,” orders were issued to limit person-to-person contact. Because hospitals were near-empty, field hospitals never used, and military hospital ships near-empty, the condition of emergency never actually existed. Likewise, there is no emergency condition today. 

Only Covid-19 deaths account for ~7% of total CDC claimed US deaths of ~100,000 so there is no data to support Covid-19 as “pandemic.” CDC admission: “For 7% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.5 additional conditions or causes per death.” 

The only emergency is corporate media “covering” dictatorial decrees as legitimate.

Governor Newsom and counties have no lawful authority to enforce dictates to We the People. If they insist on orders that any reasonable person would conclude are OBVIOUSLY outside emergency conditions, they and any “non-law enforcement” officers are violating Federal Article 18 Section 242: DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW:

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Game-changing Covid data:

From Swiss Policy Research, with much more at their site:

1. According to the latest immunological and serological studies, the overall lethality of Covid-19 (IFR) is about 0.1% and thus in the range of a strong seasonal influenza (flu).
2. In countries like the US, the UK, and also Sweden (without a lockdown), overall mortality since the beginning of the year is in the range of a strong influenza season; in countries like Germany, Austria and Switzerland, overall mortality is in the range of a mild influenza season.
3. Even in global “hotspots”, the risk of death for the general population of school and working age is typically in the range of a daily car ride to work. The risk was initially overestimated because many people with only mild or no symptoms were not taken into account.
4. Up to 80% of all test-positive persons remain symptom-free. Even among 70-79 year olds, about 60% remain symptom-free. Over 95% of all persons develop at most moderate symptoms.
5. Up to 60% of all persons may already have a certain cellular background immunity to Covid19 due to contact with previous coronaviruses (i.e. common cold viruses).
6. The median or average age of the deceased in most countries (including Italy) is over 80 years and only about 4% of the deceased had no serious preconditions. The age and risk profile of deaths thus essentially corresponds to normal mortality.
7. In many countries, up to two thirds of all extra deaths occurred in nursing homes, which do not benefit from a general lockdown. Moreover, in many cases it is not clear whether these people really died from Covid19 or from weeks of extreme stress and isolation.
8. Up to 30% of all additional deaths may have been caused not by Covid19, but by the effects of the lockdown, panic and fear. For example, the treatment of heart attacks and strokes decreased by up to 60% because many patients no longer dared to go to hospital.
9. Even in so-called “Covid19 deaths” it is often not clear whether they died from or with coronavirus (i.e. from underlying diseases) or if they were counted as “presumed cases” and not tested at all. However, official figures usually do not reflect this distinction.
10. Many media reports of young and healthy people dying from Covid19 turned out to be false: many of these young people either did not die from Covid19, they had already been seriously ill (e.g. from undiagnosed leukaemia), or they were in fact 109 instead of 9 years old. The claimed increase in Kawasaki disease in children also turned out to be false.

Here is further helpful data and analysis of the lack of science to promote public face coverings, so-called "social distancing," and contact tracing.

Evidence ‘Covid orders’ = legal torture

Amazing Polly’s powerful 43 minutes documenting that Covid policies and corporate media propaganda meets the legal definition of literal torture:

Polly provides analysis on Amnesty International’s Report on Torture from 1973 to explain how four usual legal elements of torture are all present in state and local governments’ “official” restrictions “for our safety”:

1. Involves at least 2 persons: Torturer and victim. The victim is under physical control of torturer (“social distancing”, “mandated” masking, police power, penal system).
2. The infliction of acute pain and suffering including mental/psychological pain and suffering (economic, fear and death propaganda, social isolation).
3. There is implicit in the torture that the torturer wants the victim to submit. The torturer wants to “break” the victim to destroy his humanity and will (Governors’ + counties’ illegal “orders,” largest economic attack in US history with tremendous pain to force submission to “orders” to receive “stimulus.”
4. The torture is a systematic activity with a rational purpose (for We the People to remain We the sheeple as a neo-slave race, globalism/New World Order, accepting DNC pushing demented War Criminal Biden on Democrats). 

What would Gandhi and Dr. King think, say, and do?

Why the 'Big Lie'? Big Picture: US ongoing illegal rogue state empire

You live under an evil government with central policies in war, money, and lying that annually kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions, as the following documents. Consider a brief listing, just as Thomas Jefferson detailed crimes of his own government one year before official policy of gun confiscation in that previous revolution:

• Empires loot, plain and simple. American sheeple are, of course, targeted and looted by the tens of trillions. Monetary reform and public banking are two reforms documented since Ben Franklin wrote about colonial Pennsylvania operating without need to tax. Benefits of these two reforms are ~$1,000,000 per US household. You literally have nothing more valuable to learn, and must, or you can kiss your assets goodbye to “required austerity.” Economic solutions for a world that works for everyone with no-one left out have been documented since Bucky Fuller over 50 years ago.
• The US is not limited government under a constitution, but systematically removing rights once asserted as God-given and secured by government to defend Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness. US military and government employees are Oath-bound to recognize illegal and lying empire, refuse to obey illegal orders (there are no lawful orders for illegal Wars of Aggression), and arrest those who issue them.
• Our “leaders” have poverty and war-murdered over 400 million people in just the last 25 years. The .01% "leaders" of "former" colonial/slave powers and "developed" nations promised the end of poverty since 1969 at global summits, with less than 1% GNI investment (a fraction of colonial looting) for a total ~10-year project for ~$1 trillion (about what the US annually invests for military). The 400+ million poverty deaths just since 1993 is more than deaths from all wars and violence of any kind in all human history. 
• The ongoing reneged promises to end poverty with lying corporate media and public education complicity (see this astounding disinformation from the NY Times) means our "leaders" prefer unimaginable suffering and death rather than technically-simple solutions. 
• Our .01% opponents overthrow democracies challenging global empire: 80+ since World War 2. 
• They engage in democide: murder by government to keep our numbers low and weak through fluoride, vaccines, GMO non-foods, and many other attacks on our vitality (explore). 
• People around the world view the US as the greatest threat to peace; voted three times more dangerous than any other country.
• Since WW2, Earth has had 248 armed conflicts. The US started 201 of them.
• These US armed attacks have killed ~30 million and counting; 90% of these deaths are innocent children, the elderly and ordinary working civilian women and men (and here). 
• The annual number of poverty deaths is equal in volume to a Freedom Tower in NYC. “Leaders” of “developed” nations have promised the end of poverty since 1969. Better read that again, and reflect on its meaning of what kind of “leaders” we have in the “developed” world.
• Since Operation O.I.L. (Operation Iraqi Liberation; yes, that was the oligarchs’ first name), 2.4 million Iraqis have been killed as a direct consequence. 
• A dark, deep topic on its own: they are pedophiles.

You don't need further data, and that said, there's more in abundance:

• When Americans are told an election is defined by touching a computer screen without a countable receipt that can be verified, they are being told a criminal lie to allow election fraud. This is self-evident, but Princeton, Stanford, and the President of the American Statistical Association are among the leaders pointing to the obvious (and here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here). Again, no professional would/can argue an election is legitimate when there is nothing for anyone to count. The facts show Bernie Sanders won the 2016 Democratic Primary election, and claims by Democratic “leadership” of Russian election “meddling” are without factual documentation.
• US military now illegally occupy eight bases in Syria (and here), with escalating bombing of Syria and Iraq of over 4,000 bombs/month, and over 84,000 since 2014. The US acknowledges ~500 civilian deaths from these bombs, with independent count of ~750 just in June 2017, and causing the worst war-destruction since Vietnam.
• Among dozens of independent writers, I’ve documented that all “reasons” for wars on Iran, Syria, and Russia are easily proved lies (recently, here, here, here, and going back to 2005), with US Department of illegal Wars of Aggression (so-called “Defense”) claiming to have “lost” $65,000 for every US household.
• To repeat because of central importance: destruction of nearly all rights lawfully guaranteed in the US Bill of Rights within the US Constitution, and in Orwellian inversion of limited government. 
• Propagandizing Americans is supported by US intelligence "leaders" and "experts" to manipulate public opinion for illegal war (and here).
• Iran has never threatened to “wipe Israel off the map” and only has IAEA-verified legal energy and medicine programs with nuclear materials. Trump and corporate media continues and escalates easily-verified lies to threaten more illegal war on Iran.
• Israel engages in lie-started and illegal War of Aggression on Gaza; ironically the largest concentration camp in world history. This is also easy to verify.

Categories of crime include:

1. Wars of Aggression (the worst crime a nation can commit).
2. Likely treason for lying to US military, ordering unlawful attack and invasions of foreign lands, and causing thousands of US military deaths.
3. Crimes Against Humanity for ongoing intentional policy of poverty that’s killed over 400 million human beings just since 1995 (~75% children; more deaths than from all wars in Earth’s recorded history).

US military, law enforcement, and all with Oaths to support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, face an endgame choice:

• Demand arrests, with those with lawful authority to enact it. An arrest is the lawful action to stop apparent crimes, with the most serious crimes documented here meaning the most serious need for arrests.
