Biblical ‘By their fruit you will know them’: Dem ‘leaders’ + BLM = EVIL ‘non-essentials’ lockdown strangulation, riots + defund police, ‘pandemic’ lies + illegal ‘health’ ‘orders’ + bulldozing open churches, constant ‘Russia’ lies

Love (and its fruits) is the definitive test to discern good from evil. 

As a professional historian, I’m not using our academic tools to respond to historical Biblical questions of who did what, when, where, and what other objective data can help address the subjective question of why. Rather, this is a moral and philosophical inquiry of how modern humans can discern good from evil. It is framed by current events to evaluate “leadership” policy proposals of: 

• Declaring tens of millions of Americans “non-essential workers” whose families must stop earning a living and descend into poverty.
• Riots should be allowed with police stand-downs and surrender of cities’ areas to Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa to rule without opposition. Defunding police is a concurrent policy to facilitate ongoing riots of paid criminals infiltrating 1st Amendment-protected peaceful protests. Obviously, destruction of property is never protected speech, with mayors and governors sworn to uphold laws to arrest those causing damage.
• “Pandemic” “orders” of mandatory masks, “social distancing,” closing churches now under threat that open churches be bulldozed as “public nuisances,” closed schools unless children are masked and isolated, forced vaccines, and kidnapping “infected” children from parents “for public safety.”
• Constant lying about ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’ to remove Trump, despite all disclosed evidence proving Democratic “leadership” literally paid for known lies, then used those known lies for Orwellian-illegal spying, continued using known lies for impeachment, and still rely on those known lies with complicit corporate media.

If the Biblical test of determining good from evil by evaluating the fruit of those policies is applied, can Americans easily tell the difference between “good” and “evil” public policies?

Let’s look at each of the above four points in detail.

As I wrote and discussed with Professor Jim Fetzer in detail, Trump is proven as a White Hat only upon arrests of .01% criminal leaders such as the Clintons and Bushes, and Americans receive real news with arrests including leaderships of criminally-complicit lying corporate media.

“Non-essential” Americans locked into poverty = unlawful tyrannical dictates with zero authority

The foundation of the American Revolution is for limited government under a constitution for liberty and justice for all. 

You know this, agree, and many of you have an Oath to defend the US Constitution against all enemies to those limits, foreign and domestic.

The test for Americans to defend the US Constitution is to defend fellow Americans from being economically strangled into poverty by Democratic governors declaring their work and prosperity “non-essential,” and that they are not allowed to work under threat of being kidnapped and caged. 

Benjamin Franklin predicted Americans would fail such a test: on September 18, 1787, just after signing the US Constitution, Ben was asked by reporters what kind of government America would have. Franklin warned: “A republic, if you can keep it.” In his speech to the Constitutional Convention, Franklin admonished: 

“This [U.S. Constitution] is likely to be administered for a course of years and then end in despotism… when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic government, being incapable of any other.”  – The Quotable Founding Fathers, pg. 39.

Why are “lockdowns” illegal? As I’ve thoroughly explained and documented (here, here, here), state constitutions allow governors emergency powers if, and only if, local resources are overwhelmed and can no longer respond to dire circumstances. In the case of potential epidemic, if local hospitals are overrun, a governor may respond. This is exactly what Americans were told: to “flatten the curve” and keep hospitals running, we had to limit social contact. As you know, hospitals except in a few places were never overrun, temporary military field hospitals and ships weren’t needed, and that status has not changed. Therefore, governors and mayors have zero legal authority to restrict freedoms, ESPECIALLY to prevent them from earning a living.

Please be clear on this point: an elected official is Oath-sworn to uphold state and US Constitutions, and therefore already agreed to those limited powers. To illegally “order” Americans into poverty without cause is without lawful authority, and committing a crime by  violating Federal Article 18 Section 242: DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW:

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Therefore, all Americans should stand with Gandhi and Dr. King for non-violent, non-cooperation with such OBVIOUS illegal and damaging tragic-comic dictates from petty tyrants literally and figuratively driving Americans to their knees.

And again, please consider: what are the fruits of policies to force Americans into poverty while hospitals are fully operational, and if at full capacity to transfer patients to open local hospitals (usual protocol)? 

Aren’t the fruits of this policy among the most horrific economic attacks in all US history?

Ok, but what should have been done?

First, to not listen to the professor who predicted 2 million dead Americans when he respected his own models so little that he violated quarantine for repeated affairs with a married woman, and an entire history of false models. Among an entire article with such documentation, Neil Ferguson’s computer model of 2 million dead Americans is a criminal lie because of code with irreparable bugs not even close to scientific standards. This hypocritical liar predicted up to 200 million global deaths from Avian Flu in 2005 (low hundreds died), in 2009 predicted 65,000 dead in the UK (he was off by 64,500+), and in 2001 his false projections of Mad Cow Disease culled ~14,000,000 healthy animals. Why did Dr. Fauci use this incompetent model from a proven incompetent for the worst economic attack on Americans in our nation’s history??? I could go on with dozens of other documented lies, such as this 6-minute video of a STAGED crisis actor pretending to be a nurse, House Speaker Pelosi lying: “The President is asking people to inject Lysol into their lungs,” and Investment Watch’s documentation of more lies.

What should have been done is transparent honest data, and because of no emergency, allow Americans to work as usual. Btw, Anthony Fauci, Director of NIAID, knew through his own research: “We report...that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.” Fauci repeatedly "forgot" research he directly managed of a coronavirus successfully treated with a base of hydroxychloroquine, despite France’s top virologist documenting over 2,000 successful treatments of Covid-19 with a 99.6% success rate with hydroxychloroquine and z-pack (other doctors add zinc). If he had changed his mind, or disagreed now with his public research, he has a professional obligation to explain this previously-effective treatment, and why it no longer has his recommendation. This is apparent criminal malpractice.

Riots + defund police = violent overthrow of government with motives of election fraud + Epstein/Maxwell/‘Russia-gates’ coverups

Corporate media are proven liars criminally complicit in OBVIOUS crimes centered in ongoing lie-started and Orwellian-illegal Wars of Aggression and money that literally kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions. 

I’m not insulting corporate media with these factual claims; I’m providing the most important game-changing facts to prove they knowingly lie. As a professional academic, the above links are to my published research that explains, documents, and proves these objective facts are comprehensive, objectively verifiable, and irrefutably true. 

Although your language may not be as direct as mine, you know corporate media are lying to Americans.

Please stand to defend Americans and our collective future by stopping yourself from believing corporate media’s proven lying testimony about anything. Start viewing their testimony as criminal propaganda to “cover” MASSIVE and ongoing crimes. 

In this case, what do you conclude are the motives to “report” violent riots destroying businesses and public property as “peaceful protests,” along with “defunding police” as a viable policy given such OBVIOUSLY illegal damaging riots?

What are the fruits of governors and mayors to stand police down in the midst of riots while taking actions to defund police? Good or evil?

And what should have been done? First to question the George Floyd story about factual conditions that seem to make the official story impossible, then question the origin of staged riots. The 1st Amendment allows peaceful protests, but obviously that protection ends with destruction of property.  Police should have been reinforced and thanked as heroes for risking their lives to arrest destructive roaming gangs and those who funded them. 

‘Orders’ of ‘mandatory’ masks, ‘social distancing,’ closed schools + businesses + churches, forced ‘vaccines’ + kidnapping ‘infected’ children ‘for their safety’ = OBVIOUS illegal dictates

US political “leaders” engage in policies for public well-being? 

The most important data absolutely refute the claim that government cares about people’s well-being because the US engages in ongoing lie-started illegal Wars of Aggression, bankster looting in the annual trillions, with active policies for intentional and preventable poverty that has poverty-murdered over 400 million people in just the last 25 years. The .01% "leaders" of "former" colonial/slave powers and "developed" nations promised the end of poverty since 1969 at global summits, with less than 1% GNI investment (a fraction of colonial looting) for a total ~10-year project for ~$1 trillion (about what the US annually invests for military). The 400+ million poverty deaths just since 1993 is more than deaths from all wars and violence of any kind in all human history.  

The US is an ongoing illegal, lying, looting rogue state empire, and without care for people other than propaganda to remain in power.

Again, and all documented here, here, and here, the “orders” reported by corporate media are guidelines, “mandatory” is only from a guideline, and the lack of specific emergency of overrun hospitals voids all authority to order anything.

What do you see the fruits are of masking and separating human beings, especially children? Speaking of children, what are the fruits of closing schools, especially for parents of young children who need to work?

What are the fruits of closing churches with Chicago threatening to bulldoze those churches daring to open while riots are allowed and even encouraged for “health reasons”?

Again, as I’ve documented among hundreds of independent voices: 

• Context: H.R. Bill 6666 (with Satanic number 666 by coincidence?) proposes Americans being dragged unwillingly from their homes if government testing or testimony declares someone “presumed sick.” This despite CDC’s own data of flu-mortality and up to 80% false-positive tests. Other false-positives from “official tests” supplied by WHO include fruit, a goat, a sheep, a bird, and motor oil all “testing positive” (and here) by Tanzania’s President suspecting more imperial lies on his former colony. Please note that many Americans will take Title 18 Section 242 seriously enough to defend their families from armed kidnappers with badges.
• Context: Big Pharma is dirty. Dr. Marcia Angell, former Editor of the New England Journal of Medicine, and of Harvard's Medical School: "The combined profits for the ten drug companies in the Fortune 500 ($35.9 billion) were more than the profits for all the other 490 businesses put together ($33.7 billion) [in 2002]. Over the past two decades the pharmaceutical industry has moved very far from its original high purpose of discovering and producing useful new drugs. Now primarily a marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit, this industry uses its wealth and power to co-opt every institution that might stand in its way, including the US Congress, the FDA, academic medical centers, and the medical profession itself." Those profits are prima facie evidence of collusion, Orwellian-opposite of free-market competition.
• Context: The US Department of Health and Human Services has failed to perform their required safety reports of vaccines for over 30 years. Therefore, claims of vaccine safety are false. “This means that vaccine makers have been fraudulently exempt from what all other pharmaceutical drug makers have been forced to do concerning biannual recertification for quality and effectiveness — meaning that their vaccines have never been tested for quality and have had no proven safety or effectiveness for over 30 years. This case can now be legally cited by all parents fraudulently mandated by any government/ organizational regulation/ requirements that they must vaccinate their children for school or any other activity to stop the forced vaccination of their children.” And, do you really trust your life on the trial studies likely controlled by Big Pharma, when the manufacturers themselves don’t insist on safety reports to ensure real-world application data every honest scientist demands???
• Context: The US government admits history of their releasing bioweapons on the US people, US funding of bioweapons including Wuhan’s lab for exactly the cause of Covid-19, Harvard University professor’s ILLEGAL involvement at Yuhan’s lab, and Event 201 as a plan/drill to respond to Covid JUST BEFORE THE VIRUS OUTBREAK (15-minute video, documentation). Isn’t this sufficient evidence for a criminal investigation? 

Do you conclude the fruits of our “leaders” policies are good or evil? 

If they’re “good” in your view, then by all means declare your family members, friends, neighbors among the “non-essentials” to go bankrupt and homeless, mask yourself, and be shot by vaccines.

If you conclude the “leaders” policies are evil: go Dr. King and Gandhi on these criminals to refuse their illegal, hypocritical, and psychopathic demands.

Constant “Russia” lies with criminal corporate media

Again from what we independents document that corporate media intentional lie in omission to ignore:

The American public has endured ongoing illegal rogue state empire for nearly 200 years. American Revolution 2.0 is escalating by exposing Deep State actors who knowingly lied to smear Trump as a “Russian asset” both as a candidate, then as President to “justify” impeachment.

This is exposed lies for illegal overthrow of the American President, and transfer of power to the Deep State criminal liars.

The New York Post reports all 53 House Committee on Intelligence interview transcripts show no person at any time ever had any evidence of Trump campaign involvement with Russia in any way. The article scorches corporate media for amplifying “Russia, Russia, Russia,” with zero evidence to substantiate any accusation. 

Let this sink in: corporate media is in criminal complicity to knowingly lie for the illegal overthrow of the American President. We know corporate media lied rather than mis-reported (or any other bullshit verb) because it is the first duty of professional reporters to verify factual claims. The importance of a foreign government colluding with an American Presidential candidate for his election makes verification more strongly emphasized. Obviously. To argue this wasn’t lying must claim that all those reporters and editors in all those media over all that time somehow “forgot” to verify the central claim of the story, or in their professional judgment verifying the central factual claim of among the most important Presidential election stories ever “wasn’t important.”

Democratic Leadership chose Cold War-era Red-baiting for the last three years to frighten the American public, focus national attention on this central “Putin puppet” lie, then use these lies to destroy careers through prosecution. The purpose was/is no less than establishing dictatorial government (literally policy from what one says/dictates), and fully modeled to the public during impeachment in order to steal presidential power. This, of course, is Orwellian-opposite of Congress’ Oath-sworn duty to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States through representative and limited government under equal protection of just laws. 

Among the transcript testimonies, and some to-date reveals:

• James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence for President Obama: “I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election.” This is Orwellian-opposite of how Clapper lied in his book, Facts and Fears, and amplified on CNN: “…of course the Russian effort affected the outcome. Surprising even themselves, they swung the election to a Trump win… To conclude otherwise stretches logic, common sense, and credulity to the breaking point.” The truth is that Clapper was involved intentionally in disinformation claims of Trump’s guilt (much via Twitter) in attempt to overthrow Trump by impeachment.
• Peter Strzok, FBI Chief of Counterespionage Section who found no crime that Hillary Clinton deleted 30,000+ official emails from an illegal private server while Secretary of State (more on that below), was then promoted to Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence. Strzok criminally altered 3-Star General Michael Flynn’s testimony on an official 302 Interview Report to create the appearance that Flynn lied. The 302 was the FBI agents’ report who interviewed Flynn, found no lies, no crime, and recommended to close the case. Disclosed pre-meeting notes (and here) show that FBI leadership discussed how to illegally entrap and remove Flynn from office. In addition, FBI had the transcript of the phone call in question, did not provide Flynn a copy, and chose to ask questions testing Flynn’s memory of details from four weeks prior about a non-criminal incident, which is textbook entrapment. This is prima facie evidence to illegally overthrow the incoming National Security Advisor for the President, and in context of treason to overthrow the United States Executive Branch of our government. Flynn accepted what the FBI told him that his statements were criminal, including threatening to arrest Flynn’s son if he didn’t cooperate. George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley’s analysis that Flynn should have never been charged with a crime.
• Susan Rice, National Security Advisor for Obama: “I don’t recall intelligence that I would consider evidence.”
• Loretta Lynch, Attorney General for Obama, responded to the question whether she saw any evidence of Russian collusion with or for Trump advantage: “I do not recall that being briefed up to me.”
• Adam Schiff, Chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, who previously found no guilt of Clinton regarding Benghazi, continuously and knowingly lied that Russia “hacked” DNC servers despite direct refutation of CrowdStrike’s CEO. Importantly, the DNC servers were never entered as evidence; CrowdStrike’s testimony was accepted without hard evidence which is prima facie guilt for criminal coverup. Testimony is never allowed to replace available physical evidence, such as the actual DNC servers in this case. Schiff’s introductory statement to the current transcript release is more tragic-comic lies of “Russia evidence” despite nobody in the interviews having any. This is an example of Orwellian political bullshit you would have thought impossible before the 2016 election. I recommend Fox’s Tucker Carlson’s coverage with multiple video clips of Schiff’s unsubstantiated claims amplified on corporate media. Please note Schiff’s duping delight; a tell law enforcement is specifically trained to pursue.
• John Podesta, Chief of Staff for President Clinton, and Chair for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential campaign, admitted that the DNC and Clinton’s campaign paid for the Steele propaganda. This fact should have been made public, and made clear to the FISA Court before spy warrants were issued on the Trump campaign. It was not. Podesta’s admission proves a criminal lie of omission to the court, and blatant anti-democratic propaganda to the American public, as voting requires accurate information upon which to base one’s choices.
• Evelyn Farkas, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia for President Obama, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and writer for National Journal admitted to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that she lied to anyone “on the Hill” who would listen to her that Democratic Leadership had “very good intelligence” of “Trump staff’s dealing with Russians.” She confessed to the committee she had zero intelligence, and knowingly lied.
• Barack Obama, President of the United States, lied about General Flynn’s charges and facts of the case, falsely claiming Flynn was charged with perjury and lying in omission of public facts you’ve just read. Obama and Biden were fully aware of these documented facts of crimes committed by his Administration, and piled on with the lies to illegally remove Trump as the new President. Obama has gone full-Orwellian to state he was “worried about the rule of law” to condone the crime of framing Flynn rather than empathy for the victim. Perhaps Obama’s worry is the rule of law applied to him.
• Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States for Obama: Democratic “leaders” continuously claimed Trump quid pro quo with Ukraine despite zero evidence, and admitted quid pro quo guilt from Joe Biden himself bragging of doing exactly that in a filmed public event!
• Context: So-called “impeachment” found zero criminal acts of Trump in a tragic-comic show trial. How would you respond if Members of Congress and corporate media continuously disgraced you to the public for four years, alleging you were an acting foreign puppet, and it was all bullshit political theater? I mean, really: wouldn’t you demand full prosecution under the law?
• Context: My published research includes a section on corporate media as captured CIA Operation Mockingbird assets to knowingly lie. Central lies include falsely promoting ongoing Orwellian-illegal Wars of Aggression, bankster parasites, and related lying for criminal policies annually killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions. For a recent example, watch one minute of NBC edit an interview with Attorney General Bill Barr discussing the rule of law to dismiss charges against General Flynn because of entrapment, FBI altering his answers on the interview form, pre-planning getting him fired, then for “news” reader Chuck Todd to lie about Barr’s answer simply being “history is written by the winners” while lying in omission to remove the unprecedented FBI illegal and authoritarian criminal arrest of Flynn! Again, note Todd’s psychopathic duping delight. This 1-minute example is typical of the same lies used to incite American military into illegal wars, killing tens of thousands of Americans. This is treason.
• Context: Democratic “leadership” continues known lies to claim “mail-in voting” is safe, despite failing transparent and verifiable evidence that is the very definition of election (fully documented below how DNC and Hillary Clinton stole the 2016 primaries with cooperation of Bernie Sanders, as just one example). Two recent examples via Q here and here.
• Context: Mail-in “voting” as criminal election fraud is connected to claimed-pandemic economic devastation on “non-essential Americans” (deplorables?), and keeps Biden away from public speaking that he’s no longer mentally capable of performing. Video evidence and documentation that Biden is a now-demented War Criminal, quid pro quo, child-groping, hair-sniffing, gun-grabbing, pathological liar/plagiarist is overwhelmingly clear.
• Context: “Official” orders of house arrests for Americans to cause their inability to earn a living, force them into poverty, homelessness, and starvation are Orwellian-illegal because the US Constitution is never “government permissions” but Natural and guaranteed rights. The governors, mayors, officers, and any other official enforcing house arrest are violating their Constitutional Oaths and Federal Law under Title 18, Section 242. Take a look for yourself: the law is crystal-clear in letter and intent. Any American being harassed for exercising freedom should inform any offending officer that to the best of your ability you are following the law, and the officer should explain to you how Title 18, Section 242 doesn’t apply to the officer’s removal of your Rights. You may wish to inform the officer that under that law he is threatening you with kidnapping (seriously). Americans are rejecting this illegal tyranny, speaking up, and breaking free (among ~100 now: here, here, here, San Jose’s Police Chief is waking up, as well as California’s largest county). The “Official Reason” for using police force to lock Americans out of work and income, and into poverty was to keep hospitals from being overcrowded with Covid patients. Hospitals are now so empty, they're laying-off staff. Military emergency hospital ships in New York and Los Angeles, along with temporary hospitals weren't needed. Therefore, the economic torture is pure tyranny, the summative claim for American Revolution 1.0. “Public health” with workable hospitals is not the reason for the greatest economic attack on Americans in our history, and must be rejected if Americans are to be free. The US Constitution is not “government permission” with power to declare who is and is not “essential” workers!

Although updates are helpful to expose further the lies of “Russia, Russia, Russia,” all we have now is impressive political theater. Only arrests and honest news reporting will awaken Americans unable and/or unwilling to embrace corporate media has massively lied about everything important with power and money. Interesting progress in July:

• FBI Director James Comey knowingly lied to “investigate” Trump-Russia connections because the Steele Dossier was previously proven as completely without factual merit (and here). 
• Despite all evidence proving “Russia-gate” was and is a lie, Hillary Clinton still pushes this Big Lie in July 2020 only because corporate media is complicit in this lie.
