“Yes, I agree that the math in this situation looks impossible and certainly appears to be fraud.”

Summary (links = full documentation in those specific reports):
As a patriot engaged in AmRev2/WW3, I’d like to both brief and prepare local political leaderships regarding election fraud and the broader “Great Awakening” of the public to systemic “official” lies/crimes.
Beginning July 27, 2026, I emailed my five Mission Viejo City Council Members regarding prima facie election fraud in the previous month’s election for Mayor of Los Angeles. My specific Council Member agrees the math demonstrates election fraud, with the other four declining to comment.
I followed my Council Member’s advice, and emailed Orange and Los Angeles County’s voter registrars. After two weeks, OC’s voter registrar responded by failing to answer any of the three questions I asked, and I gave him a likely last opportunity to come clean with the data. L.A. County failed to respond to my three emails and two voicemails, so I’ll escalate within L.A. County government and request support from Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), L.A. Sheriff, CA Secretary of State, CA Attorney General, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
I also introduced monetary reform and public banking to my five Mission Viejo City Council Members; worth ~$1,000,000 per average MV family. After two weeks of four emails and one phone call, I have no response.

Registrar Page:
I appreciate your response after ten business days; thank you :)
That said, you failed to answer any of my three questions, and your statement raises more questions.
Brother, you either misunderstood or intentionally evade. Taxpayers paid you nearly $2 million in salary and benefits in the last four years (with 41% pay increase since 2022). Please be of service and answer what you are asked as a public servant, or objective readers will conclude unethical and/or unprofessional evasion.
My 3 simple questions, again, followed by analysis and additional questions:
For me to best understand you, Mr. Page, please include answers to these three questions in how you choose to respond.
- Are we in agreement with the math that Nithya Raman receiving ~7.5% of the first ~120,000 “mail-in” “votes”, then the explosion of ~51% of the next ~158,000 “votes” is so mathematically impossible that an artificial insertion of “votes” (election fraud) is our best initial explanation?
- If we are in agreement, what possible resources does our county have to address this prima facie crime that all informed in OC and CA are deeply concerned about?
- If we are not in agreement with the math, please explain.
Analysis and questions about your response:
You: “As we do not have ballots containing that contest, we have no basis upon which to agree or disagree with your probability analysis.”
1a. How does “not having ballots” interfere with your answer to the “official” “vote” “count” of reported numbers?
Brother, I’m asking a math question: Candidate “C” was in third place of an election, and won ~9,000 of the first ~120,000 mail-in votes (~7.5%). The probability that “C” wins ~82,000 of the next ~158,000 votes (~51%) (see chart @ 2:00) is approximately 1 in 10^(97,500).
1b. You “not having ballots” is irrelevant to the math question, agreed?
You: “I answer your question in this way, because I will always trust what is actually on the paper ballots cast by voters over theories and probability calculations.”
2a. What is the source of your factual claim “what is actually on the paper ballots cast by voters” in this election?
2b. Do you accept this standard definition of “theory”: “A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena”?
I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt to this point that you misunderstood the data and/or didn’t reflect upon the election-changing implications: the odds that Raman received such a “vote spike” from 7.5% to 51% naturally distributed in those two “vote” “batches” is approximately 1 in 10^(97,500). Because a number of this magnitude is beyond our ordinary appreciation:
- The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot is ~175,000,000 to 1. The odds of winning two consecutive Powerball jackpots is 30,625,000,000,000,000 to 1 (175 million times itself). It’s more likely you, Bob Page, would win over 11,000 consecutive Powerball jackpots than the Raman vote spike being true.
- Earth is about 4.5 billion years old in another “official” “his-story,” which is 1.64 trillion days. If we had a computer randomly select one of those days, the odds of you picking that same day is 1.64 trillion to 1. You are more likely to accomplish this miracle than it’s probable Raman’s spike is accurate. In fact, the number of seconds Earth has existed is 141.7 quadrillion. You’re more likely to correctly predict which random second of Earth’s existence a computer selects than the “official” election count not being a lie. Of course, we can also say you’re personally more likely to select a random one millionth of a millionth of a millionth of one second from all Earth’s existence over 4.5 billion years than Raman’s spike not being a hoax.
- The probability of a person having one leg is about 1 in 1,000. Registrar Page: it’s more likely you would see ~33,000 consecutive people with one leg than this election being honest.
2c. Registrar Page: you express an extraordinary lack of professional curiosity regarding prima facie election fraud. If you accept the application of scientific theory and have now reflected upon the objective and independently verifiable data that Raman’s “vote spike” from 7.5% to 51% is a prima facie IMPOSSIBLE outcome, would you like to amend/upgrade your response?
You: “If you do not trust the final results of the Los Angeles Mayoral contest during the 2026 Statewide Direct Primary Election, I recommend that you request a copy of Los Angeles County's One Percent Manual Tally report.”
Q: Can you provide me with a phone line to a responsible person? I have written three emails and left two phone messages to L.A. County’s Registrar over the last three weeks without response.
**
Suggestions for your question responses:
1. The reported numbers of Raman’s “vote spike” are not mathematically possible, and therefore this election’s certification should be fully challenged.
2. Reflect, then this is up to you. At the very least, I recommend you add your name to local government officials following this progression of questions, and I will continue to inform you. Those informed of this data are demanding an internal audit, external audit, and criminal investigations. I remind you of our shared Oath of office (mine as a retired public school teacher of 38 years):
“I, (insert your name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter.”
3. Not applicable.
In closing, Brother: my questions are basic and REQUIRED for your public office: “Commitment to Election Integrity: To ensure excellence in the administration of elections to inspire confidence and trust in the democratic process …”
The public is demanding transparency in “The Great Awakening.” If you would like to become a whistleblower, I can help you. You will have what you work for: choose wisely.
Please respond to all questions by the end of Wed Sept 2.
God Bless You,
Carl Herman

Update 2: public banking + monetary reform

In closing, here’s $1,000,000 for each of your families (intro):
Open letter to school boards, teachers’ unions, families: Funding crisis for all public goods & services already solved by Ben Franklin with monetary reform and public banking, backed by Thomas Edison, 86% of Economics professors
American families could have ~$1,000,000 per household in benefits from monetary reform and public banking. This is literally the most valuable information you can learn.
Colleagues and I presenting this data have written and presented at professional international economic conferences and have zero challenges to this information, such as this 2015 paper published by The Claremont Colleges for their ~2,000 person international economics conference, and this 2012 paper.
I also assert that I've worked with ~2,000 Advanced Placement Economics teachers through their discussion board since 2009, and no colleague has ever challenged the factual accuracy of what I am about to explain and document.
These two reforms are easy to learn:
- Monetary reform simply means being able to create money as a positive number to directly pay for public goods and services. What we have only creates "money" as its Orwellian-opposite, debt, which explains how and why total debt increases exponentially. Creating money as a positive number has triple and game-changing benefits: upgraded infrastructure, employment, and falling prices to the extent infrastructure investment returns more economic output than cost (this usually happens).
- Public banking is creating in-house and at-cost credit instead of selling debt securities to the public. In-house and at-cost credit reduces total nominal debt costs by ~50% compared with paying Wall Street "debt experts" and interest. The one state with a public bank is North Dakota: also the one and only state with increasing budget surpluses from their paying half of what all other 49 states pay for debt.
In Service,
Carl Herman

- Instead of begging residents to increase their property taxes by selling debt securities, public banking allows in-house and at-cost credit creation. This cuts total nominal finance cost by ~50%. Benjamin Franklinwas so excited about this that he wrote a pamphlet to document how colonial Pennsylvania required zero taxes by their government being the bank! Again, only one state has its own bank, North Dakota, and is the only US state with increasing surpluses rather than debt. The total population of ND is less than one million. A public banking model could work with Orange County alone.
- The tragic-comic US national debt of $40 trillion has zero solutions communicated by political "leaders" and corporate media (the same backing "too big to fail" banks). Two US House of Representatives Banking Committee Chairs spoke and wrote powerfully for monetary reform as a solution, as did other leading Americans that corporate media/"too big to fail" banks will never report.
- The total value of public banking and monetary reform is ~$1,000,000 per average US household. There is literally nothing more valuable for you to learn.

I make all factual assertions as a National Board Certified Teacher of US Government, Economics, and History (also credentialed in Mathematics), with all economic factual claims receiving zero refutation since I began writing in 2008 among Advanced Placement Macroeconomics teachers on our discussion board, public audiences of these articles, and international conferences (and here) with published research. I invite readers to empower their civic voices with the strongest comprehensive facts most important to building a brighter future. I challenge professionals, academics, and citizens to add their voices for the benefit of all Earth’s inhabitants.
