Engaging local political leaderships with prima facie election fraud: Orange County Registrar Bob Page (taxpayer-paid ~$2 million since 2022 with 41% pay increase) REFUSES constituents’ 3 simple questions for 3 weeks, LIES about ‘having no basis’ to evaluate election fraud probability, pimps ‘Trust the election science’ = criminally complicit ‘paid-to-play’ election fraud ‘leader’? (3 of ?)
“Yes, I agree that the math in this situation looks impossible and certainly appears to be fraud.”

Summary (links = full documentation in those specific reports):
As a patriot engaged in AmRev2/WW3, I’d like to both brief and prepare local political leaderships regarding election fraud and the broader “Great Awakening” of the public to systemic “official” lies/crimes.
1. Beginning July 27, 2026, I emailed my five Mission Viejo City Council Members regarding prima facie election fraud in the previous month’s election for Mayor of Los Angeles. My specific Council Member agrees the math demonstrates election fraud, with the other four declining to comment.
2. I followed my Council Member’s advice, and emailed Orange and Los Angeles County’s voter registrars. After two weeks, OC’s voter registrar responded by failing to answer any of the three questions I asked, and I gave him a likely last opportunity to come clean with the data. L.A. County failed to respond to my three emails and two voicemails, so I’ll escalate within L.A. County government and request support from Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), L.A. Sheriff, CA Secretary of State, CA Attorney General, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
I also introduced monetary reform and public banking to my five Mission Viejo City Council Members; worth ~$1,000,000 per average MV family. After two weeks of four emails and one phone call, I have no response.
3. After 3 weeks, Orange County Registrar Bob Page, who taxpayers have paid ~$2,000,000 since 2022 (and with 41% pay increase), has refused three times to answer constituents’ three basic questions, LIED about “having no basis” to evaluate mathematical probability from an election’s “official” “vote” “count” without having physical possession of the “ballots” (nobody says, “As I do not have baseballs from that game, I have no basis upon which to agree or disagree with the batting average statistics”), and pimps, “Trust the election science.” Because the answer to the first question Registrar Page evades is self-evident and requires election fraud investigation, taxpayers may start concluding that Registrar Page is complicit in a network of prima facie election fraud:
- Are we in agreement with the math that Nithya Raman receiving ~7.5% of the first ~120,000 “mail-in” “votes”, then the explosion of ~51% of the next ~158,000 “votes” is so mathematically impossible that an artificial insertion of “votes” (election fraud) is our best initial explanation?
- If we are in agreement, what possible resources does our county have to address this prima facie crime that all informed in OC and CA are deeply concerned about?
- If we are not in agreement with the math, please explain.

Orange County Registrar Vision Statement
"To ensure excellence in the administration of elections to inspire confidence and trust in the democratic process."
Registrar Page, and interested Mission Viejo City Council Members/candidates (I’ve only met Peter, and thought the other five of you would want to know):
After 13 business days, Registrar Page failed to answer any of my three basic and required questions when provided “mail-in” “vote” data for the CA June 2 Primary Election Los Angeles Mayor race (actually the “June 2-to-July Primary”) demonstrating prima facie election fraud.
Registrar Page then refused to respond to my request for help with how to reach an actual human at L.A.’s Registrar after they failed to respond to any of my three emails and two phone messages over the last three weeks.
Registrar Page is apparently lying to all of us: “As we do not have ballots containing that contest, we have no basis upon which to agree or disagree with your probability analysis.” “Not having ballots” has nothing to do with an analysis of Los Angeles’ “official” “vote” “count” data, probability or any other type of data analysis. It is not reasonable for an election expert to make this kind of innocent mistake, then refuse to correct it when pointed out.
Of course, Registrar Page can correct this situation by merely answering three simple questions. The first is a math question, which only has one correct answer: see for yourself below.
Registrar Page has received nearly $2 million in salary and benefits of our tax dollars over the last four years (with 41% pay increase since 2022).
Registrar Page’s “public service,” so far, “ensures demoralized disbelief and distrust in public serpents,” to say the least.
Registrar Page, my Brother, unless you respond, I will phone you on Fri Sept 4 to offer one last opportunity to answer these simple three questions to recognize “excellence in the administration of elections”:
- Are we in agreement with the math that Nithya Raman receiving ~7.5% of the first ~120,000 “mail-in” “votes”, then the explosion of ~51% of the next ~158,000 “votes” is so mathematically impossible that an artificial insertion of “votes” is our best initial explanation?
- If we are in agreement, what possible resources does our county have to address this prima facie crime that all informed in OC and CA are deeply concerned about?
- If we are not in agreement with the math, please explain.
Registrar Page’s answers to my questions are easy. The math is already done, which anyone can verify by asking your favorite AI. I’m just asking for confirmation of the probability. The answers could be as easy as:
- Yes. If we presented this data as a test question to “election students” that last minute “vote spike” changed an election outcome with numbers so improbable that it’s more likely I’d win 11,000 consecutive lottery jackpots, the obvious initial explanation is apparent election fraud.
- Carl, here’s a name, email, and phone for an L.A. election official who can help you. Good luck. Other than that, it’s not our election. Btw: that “One Percent” report I suggested won’t address your question either ;)
- Not applicable.
Just three of the questions objective readers have if Registrar Page insists on apparent gas-lighting and silence:
- Why would the top election official of one of the US’ largest population voting centers REFUSE to confirm probability when provided “official” “vote” data of an “election” OUTRAGEOUSLY UNBELIEVABLE, and pivot to “Trust the election science”?
- Why is this Registrar LYING about “not having ballots” when this is irrelevant, and he knows it’s irrelevant ‘cuz it’s been pointed out twice??
- Does this mean Orange County’s elections have the same prima facie election fraud?!?
Choose your path wisely, Registrar Page. You will have what you work for.

Carl Herman

Registrar Page, and interested Mission Viejo City Council Members/candidates:
Registrar Page did not respond by email, so as promised I called this morning and afternoon to his office (714) 567-7620. I spoke with I assume his executive assistant, who told me Registrar Page received my early morning message, and promised to call me later. He never did. I will continue calling over the next two business days.
Of course, this is ridiculous evasion to answer three simple and obvious questions. For the fourth time:
- Are we in agreement with the math that Nithya Raman receiving ~7.5% of the first ~120,000 “mail-in” “votes”, then the explosion of ~51% of the next ~158,000 “votes” is so mathematically impossible that an artificial insertion of “votes” is our best initial explanation?
- If we are in agreement, what possible resources does our county have to address this prima facie crime that all informed in OC and CA are deeply concerned about?
- If we are not in agreement with the math, please explain.
Discussion:
Q1: a vote is either real or artificial. The “vote spike” of Ramen is best explained by artificial votes, not real, by literally all odds.
If Registrar Page has an alternative explanation to artificial/fraudulent “votes,” the burden of proof is on him to demonstrate how an alleged “vote spike” happened that’s so improbable, Nithya Raman would win 11,000 consecutive PowerBall jackpots first.
So far, all Registrar Page has given from his ~$500,000 a year “leadership” is three times refusing to answer just three basic questions, lying about needing ballots to do statistics (nobody says, “As I do not have baseballs from that game, I have no basis upon which to agree or disagree with the batting average statistics.”), and “trust the election science” platitude instead of answering central questions!
He suggested I request a copy of the tabulation audit (One Percent Manual Tally) from L.A. County’s Registrar who won’t respond to my five total phone calls and emails (Hey Bob, second request: may I have a responsible person’s name, email, and phone?).
I could tell Bob that even if I get his “Tally,” by his logic I quote: “As I do not have ballots containing that contest, I have no basis upon which to agree or disagree with your tabulation audit (One Percent Manual Tally),” but will restrain myself to merely ask Registrar Page to first demonstrate how this report specifically addresses the central concern of artificial vote insertion first. I bet it doesn’t, how about you?
Q2: The initial reasonable conclusion of artificial votes, which is the definition of “election fraud,” of course requires external and immediate investigation.
Given Registrar Page’s Vision Statement “To ensure excellence in the administration of elections to inspire confidence and trust in the democratic process,” he should deploy all reasonable resources to realize the vision, which should include his office’s demand for external and criminal investigation of prima facie election fraud in our state’s most populous city, and our adjacent county.
Why has Registrar Page refused to be a public servant and answer a constituent’s simple and central 3 questions?!?
Registrar Page?
- Are we in agreement with the math that Nithya Raman receiving ~7.5% of the first ~120,000 “mail-in” “votes”, then the explosion of ~51% of the next ~158,000 “votes” is so mathematically impossible that an artificial insertion of “votes” is our best initial explanation?

- How does “not having ballots” interfere with your answer to the “official” “vote” “count” of reported numbers?
- You “not having ballots” is irrelevant to the math question, agreed?
- If we are in agreement, what possible resources does our county have to address this prima facie crime that all informed in OC and CA are deeply concerned about?
- What is the source of your factual claim “what is actually on the paper ballots cast by voters” in this election?
- Do you accept this standard definition of “theory”: “A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena”?
- Registrar Page: you express an extraordinary lack of professional curiosity regarding prima facie election fraud. If you accept the application of scientific theory and have now reflected upon the objective and independently verifiable data that Raman’s “vote spike” from 7.5% to 51% is a prima facie IMPOSSIBLE outcome, would you like to amend/upgrade your response?
- If we are not in agreement with the math, please explain.
- You said: “If you do not trust the final results of the Los Angeles Mayoral contest during the 2026 Statewide Direct Primary Election, I recommend that you request a copy of Los Angeles County's One Percent Manual Tally report.” Can you provide me with a phone line to a responsible person?

“Yes, I agree that the math in this situation looks impossible and certainly appears to be fraud.”
~ Trish Kelley, Mission Viejo City Council Member
Registrar Page, and interested Mission Viejo City Council Members/candidates:
As we complete this fascinating demonstration of prima facie “official” lies and crimes, I thank you all for your attention :)
My conclusion: Registrar Page’s tragic-comic response is Orwellian:
Truth: IMPOSSIBLE mathematical probability of a claimed “vote spike” triggers alarm of prima facie election fraud and demand for immediate election certification suspension requiring full external investigation, including criminal. NOBODY honest ignores then dismisses mathematical proof of election fraud soooooooo probable, that Bob Page wins the next 11,000 PowerBall Lottery jackpots before Nithya Raman gets such an “election” “winning” “vote” spike except by artificially inserted ballots.
Orwellian Lie: Nobody can do mathematical analysis, probability or other, on reported numbers. Oh, except for the “One Percent Tally;” you can accept those numbers without ballots (and note Bob skipped the question how that report addresses OVERWHELMING odds of artificially inserted “ballots”). But you can’t raise data-informed questions on an election without ballots, even though accountants, financial analysts, tax experts, etc. work almost exclusively with numbers and not the physical product/artifact.
Registrar Page’s response is typical of US and Earth “leaders,” and consistent with Gallup’s poll of a record-high 89% of Americans concluding widespread government corruption:
The Great Awakening
The Big Picture is humanity recognizing many “official” “his-story” lies of omission and commission beyond this case study of apparent election fraud (my published research via The Claremont Colleges in the first three points):
- The forever wars are Orwellian-illegal; ignited with lies known to be false as they are told, and proven by our most authoritative government agencies’ most authoritative documents.
- Our “monetary” system produces accelerating DEBT in mathematical and mechanical certainty in a rigged monopoly-money economy. The .01% now own more assets than the 90%. Real inflation is triple “official” claims. There are solutions documented since Benjamin Franklin.
- The empire can only operate with purchased corporate media to “cover” “official” lies/crimes with tragic-comic propaganda (LIES of omission and commission).
- “Official” “his-story” lies/crimes are fed to our children in state-approved “public” “education” textbooks. I speak as a retired National Board Certified Teacher in History, Government, and Economics (also credentialed in Mathematics) after a 38-year career. I was honored by two Los Angeles Mayors as one of Central L.A.’s best teachers.
- “Crimes against children”: the “Epstein class” are owned via blackmail and bribery.
- Assassinations of threats to the empire such as JFK, RFK, MLK, whereby the physical evidence EASILY refutes “official” “his-stories.”
There are ~100 topics of such magnitude.
“The Great Awakening” prompts humanity to self-select among three categories:
- The Good/Truthful.
- The Bad/Deceitful.
- Sheeple unable to discern between good and bad/evil.
Choose your path wisely.
You will have what you work for.
